Today 1st August 2009 marked the last day of your defect liability period for our home in which time you were not required on any occasion to respond to any matter whatsoever.

The home that you have built for us from design stage to completion in the time frame mutually agreed by both parties, we compliment you upon. Your attention to detail and quality control applied by yourself throughout the duration of the project was exceptional and can only be a reflection on the quality ultimately achieved at the completion of works.

We, with your approval, will continue to proudly display your builder signage on our property until such time that you require it to be removed. We wish you every success on your future projects alike and would not hesitate to promote your company by referring any potential client to yourself at any time.

We have wholeheartedly recommended Bufalino Builders to any friends or family needing building or renovations. Our extensive renovations quadrupled the size of our house, and included house raising, extra bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, a specific music room, retaining wall, garden stairs and deck.

We had many questions about the process and were able to meet numerous times to discuss the plans and process. During the renovation, we were always consulted at key points, as well as offered advice/recommendations as needed.

Our renovation and building process was incredibly smooth, and Matt and Sab as well as each tradesman on-site were incredibly knowledgeable about our renovation plan and happy to answer any questions during the whole process.
